i adjusted the apes:nod a few inches forward to get the wanted riding position. I think I missed the mark as i still have a little more fine tuning needed to get my arms just right.
then rode 16 miles to work, a bit cool but the air was very clean and fresh.
Began the upgrades and Bilsch maintenance program. I didn't know if the guy I got it from did his maintenance the way I will, so I decided to change all the fluid. Three holes done, chain and belt checked. Began exhaust system replacement with the Long Shots w/quite baffles. Grips, master cylinder flush, caliper cleaning, rotor runout check, new tires, and shock adjustment tomorrow. Oh, I also am finally going to put in the new speedo/tach combo with new chrome bezel.
My garage is now a mess. It also was loaded with condensation today with high humidity. I wonder what I can do to fix that?

It is stock. Glacier White Pearl. I really like it. It takes on color hues around it while still shining white. The fluorescent lights make it throw off a blueish hint (as you can see in the photo).
Today i took the battery out to put on charge for the winter and found a small baggie with white powder in it under the chrome cover. Down the toilet it went. This is the first year with the new "used" bike.

That is kind of scarey. What could have happened had you ever been pulled over and it discovered.
Hope you have had the bike a while and the former owner does`t decide to come looking for it.
A security note all that ride on military bases. Your vehicle & you/passengers are open for a no notice vehicle inspection, could also include the dog sniffing for drugs/weapons. It is recommended to advise security you just purchased a used vehicle and can I get look/sniff by the dog. Had few guys here do this. Mostly found some residue of the weed. Your on Federal Reservation subject Federal Laws that over ride some liberal state laws.
We got snowed in here early December. Today is going to 60 so I'm going to give her a good wash, dry, wax, cover, and say goodnight Gracie until spring.:fitz:fitz:fitz
Getting ready to pop off the battery tender, kick tires and light up cans...............:bikerguy:
