Well here we go buddy. The toe comes off on the 21st of this month. Good part of it is its the baby toe so it won't effect her balance. What suck is she just fully recovered from full knee replacement on the same leg. That was a workmans comp case. Thats a long story. Suffice it to say we are in the process of sueing her former employer for improper termination. My beautiful german shepard is day by day. Got her on phenobarbitol to make her comfortable. Vet says most likely a tumor, but wouldn't know for sure without a c-scan. $2,000 + cemo. Well I'm taking her for walks and she still chases a ball although slowly, so its a quality of life thing. This is just character building stuff, you folks know what I'm talking about. Take care.

Thank you, Mat. We will definately keep you posted. Really glad to here your wife is doing great. Transplant surgery, its ammazing how far medical science has come since we were kids. You do re-evaluate your relationships with family and friends at times like that. My son in-law's mother lost her battle with brain cancer 2 wks ago. She was 64, 2 yrs younger that me. Kinda hits home. Tomorrow at 9am we will find out if the Wife's toe needs to be removed. Doctor said the bone infection may be the off shoot of her Reiters Syndrome, which is a cronic form of inflammatory arthritis. Talke to ya later. Take care.

Mat, thanks for the well wishes for my wife. She's been my sole mate for over 35yrs. We will find out Monday morning if the toe will need to be removed for sure. I'm ten yrs older than her, I'm the one whose wheels should be falling off. As for my 7yr old dog, the Vet gave us some pills to control the seizures. Thanks again, take care, and ride safe. Don
