Totally disagree.
Loud pipes can keep you out of bad situations to begin with. They can alert drivers you are there even before you are in a blind spot. This way, they know to look for you, listen for you. It is not only a reactive measure of safety, also a proactive one.
Is it fool proof..? Hell no
Can it hurt? Not really

So why not do it?

That's just my. 50 cents (accounting for inflation)

Hi guys.
nathang here,
but I think nathang1550 seems more appropriate over here.
Thanks Max. How do you find the time?

Can't wait till the ideas and mods and group buys that have made the V-R Forum so impressive get going here.

Be interesting to see if TwoWheelTuesday (Dallas local gathering)
needs a referee. Or an arm wrestling table.

Watching for good ideas for mounting or hiding nitrous on a 95" LowRider.
Actually 2 bottles, nitrous and propane.
Thinkin of going with a solo seat and a rack like you can get for the StreetBob to mount either bottles, or a small conceal of some kind.

Can't really get into bags on my bike.

Oh BTW, something I've always wanted to say during all the V-RF stories about the mouthy buddy who got a good spanking trying to race a V-Rod with his Ultra or RoadKing. Come on. Was he real NEW?
How many big Harley riders are there who are going to race a V-Rod?

Absolutely!!!!!!! I think we might try and get together tonight....but I'm not positive. I'll put up a post today and see!!! If you talk to most of the riders from TWT, they would agree we probably need a judge for our Burnout Competition....are you up for that??!? :dance
