Maybe it's just me but it seems that every time I need a small necked funnel to add tranny lube I either can't find mine or it's so full of gunk I don't want to use it. Needing one the other day I turned to my best inspiration for used oil containers, the recycle bin. This is what I came up with.
Dawn does do a good job on oily funnels. Where you wash it is between the Boss and you.
Never thought of a rag in the funnel end. :thumbsup
I hang mine on the wall with a small can under it to catch any cling that finally decides to drip down.
All good solutions,(rag,Dawn, dishwasher) but this way I don't have to worry about anything. Now if I could get the wife to change the fluids on both bikes........:thumbsup
Cisco there's a wealth of information written on the wall behind my workbench... This way I can throw the oily rag away too. They always seem to collect grime as well.
