You may have a faulty IAC , this device controls the idle speed . Take off the air cleaner and look into the throttle body , at the top of the air horn there is a hole , look up into the hole and cycle the ignition you should see the IAC pintle move open , close , open . If it doesn't do that or doesn't do anything then the IAC or IAC circuit is faulty .
