Hmmm, maybe I can pick up a lightning on the cheap! That's a shame! I like Buells.

That's reall sad news. I almost bought a XB12 before
I bought my Sportster. Really Great bikes, and fun
to ride. Erik looked really beaten down in the press
release.
Regards Sonny

Walked into the local (Allen Tx) dealer this morning to get the wife's 883 inspected. Saw a 1125CR on the floor, new, for $4999. Bought it on the spot.

Yep, I went into our dealer this morning, and all the Buells are up front and with huge price reductions... almost half in some cases..
I got home and noticed the same on their web page...
They don't have many to sell...
I wonder what they will do for the riders edge classes, they have always used a buell for classes????

I've always loved the Xb bikes but that's the problem. Allot of people love them and say that one day they would like to own one. Unforunately that doesn't keep a company viable. If you can't make the sale, you can't stay in business. Sad but true.

I wouldve liked to see them up against dead cats and jappers in the world superbike races
