Yes....compensating sprocket loosens to the left.
Lefthanded thread means rather then the normal "Righty-tighty, lefty-loosie", it's the opposite. Left is tight, and right is loose.
The compensating sprocket is normal. The CLUTCH HUB NUT is the opposite one, or Lefthanded thread.
