Exclamation Massive amount of smoke!

Well, guys...Need some help here.

This Shovel is "pouring" smoke out of the front pipe, leaking oil around the exhaust flange it's coming out so much. Oil drips out of the pipe when you shut it off. (you get the idea) I can fill my 2+ car garage in about 60 seconds!! Very little to no smoke out of the rear pipe.

80 cu in

Just went thorugh the engine....
Keith Black pistons (.030 over)
New connecting rod kit
Crank balanced
Stock cam went back in
Hydraulic lifters
New Valve stem seals. (Good ones - Viton)
New valves (intake and exhaust)

Lots of time cleaning and putting everything back together..looks like new off the show room floor!

Ran great around town..breakin' her in. Decided after 400 miles or so it was time for a freeway cruise. 70 miles or so down the road and it start belching a little smoke...old lady was following in the truck and camper and pulled along side to tell me. Pulled over and sure enough pretty good little cloud of smoke trailing me. Had to go another 20 miles or so to get to a place to leave it so I could come back with the truck and trailer. By the time I stopped it was smoking real good. Trailered home and was sure on teardown I was going to find a broken oil ring...nadda! Everything looks great...

Help me ...what am i missing?

First thing I would do is go to the introductions page and try one of those first.
Then I would take them jugs off, remove the rings and check to see how much ring endgap You have.

With it being a shovel, the valve guide itself has popped out of the head, and oil is flooding that cylinder.

Undersized guide.
