That would look even cooler, considering the brass finish it has. You can get brass hardware at any place that sells plumbing supplies.

You guys are geniuses.
I am kind of liking the idea of:
On the fork bag with the brass acorns.
Thankey, Guys!

It is a belt buckle with the 1976 Harley "Bicentenial Badge" on it.
I recognized it immediately, as I purposely kept the original oil bag on the Ironhead that still has the badge, and I just haven't seen it around that much. I think the badge is WAY cool.
(See pics.)
So now I am thinking: How I can incorporate the buckle onto the bike...
Thoughts???
(I thought maybe tack it on to the Sissy?)
Anyone have any ideas?

Leave it as it is. (Belt buckle)
Those emblems are still available from HD. What´s not available is the belt buckle.

You think they still sell the emblems, Vettster?
Huh... I have not seen them around.

If I had that, I'd put it on a belt and wear it every day. You want to know why?
later, dozer
p.s. to hold my pants up!

Sorry Dee,
Didn't see this until today.
I ordered a large and a small one less than a year ago.
The small one I put on the primary case of my RoadGlide and the larger one sits on a shelf in the Mancave.
I thing they are in the multifit section.
