G'day folks. I have a set of OEM mufflers from my 2009 Street Bob. They have about 6,000 miles on them. Nothing but normal wear and tear on the chrome... no notable scratches. The visible part of the baffle (from the back) has a bit of rust. Easily sanded and painted or even ignored. The baffles have been modified. I have drilled the inner baffle with a 1/2" drill bit, known as the Gronk method. This increased the sound by a couple decibels and improved the lower tones coming from the mufflers. As for any performance improvements, I did achieve a median 85 hp (can't remember the torque) on two Dyno runs with these pipes on (along with a Big Sucker installed). I don't know if the mufflers had anything to do with it.

here. It's a point-and-shoot camera and so the pipes don't sound as great as they do in real life.
