2000 RK Classic saddle bags

Looking form the right side saddle bag 00 RKC. My right side bag is warping in btw the two snaps. This is the bag not the lid. Any suggestions.

Look on EBay can usually find a good used set for 2-3 hundred.

Can you post a picture of the warped bag ? Is it the hard leather saddle bags with a abs plastic liner? I have never even looked inside them and do not know what is in them but if they are like a set I had on a previous bike and have a abs liner you can take a heat gun to themon the inside and work the warp back out of them.
