Croc's 81 Ironhead Build

OK folks, here we go again, 1981 XLS, already got her naked and am going to clean her up today. This will be a fast build, just a clean soft tail Bobber, hopefully no longer than 2 months!

Well dammit, thought I'd see this thread on the top 10 by now...

Did some paint stripping and welded some old holes up, re-fit the old shocks, they are way to long, need some 10 1/2" anybody got some?

Oh, and Croc...
I have a set of shocks in the shop that look similar, bit not sure what size I have.
How are are you measuring them? (hole-to-hole?)

You can have 'em if they are the right size.
