Rusting Bolts

I have a 2009 Dyna Fat Bob that I purchased a year ago. The bolts that hold the front foot peg assembly which are located right behind the front wheel are rusting already after only a year. Does anyone else have this problem and is this something that has been brought to Harley's attention by you? My dealer is saying that they will take pics and send to Harley to see if it's covered under the new 2 year warranty.

clean your bike more often, especially if you are like me and ride in the winter on salt covered roads, Salt+Bike=Bad news if you don't keep it clean

My leaf blower has never seen a leaf. Wind takes care of that.
