Floor Jack - Super Glide Custom
I am getting ready to store my bikes away and just bought the Sears yellow floor jack. Do I need any adapters to use the jack on my Dyna?

2 smqll pieces of 2x4 works fine. Make sure the jack stays off the engine cases and especially the oil pan.

Thanks for the welcome....my wife and I just got the riding bug this spring and are loving it. She has the Dyna Super Glide Custom and I have a Fatboy. Great bikes that I want to take special care of.

They have changed the Dyna frame but my 2005 needs an adapter because of a raised "fin" that protects the tranny.

I ended up with the Harley lift adapter kit. They slide right onto the frame. Left side is front and rear, right side is front. The little piece is a wedge for right rear. Works perfect and got my wife's bike up and stowed away for the hard Wisconsin winter.
I would imagine that the 2x4's would go left front and rear as well as right front. I'm sure the 2x4 would work fine, but the HD adapter snaps onto the frame so you don't have to worry about placement.

Does anyone have the J&S Jack? They claim that one requires no adapters for a Dyna.
