Let me know if your HD dealer has a fix for it.
Thanks Pete.

Enjoyed the read, Pete! I just bought a 2009 Dyna myself and so far so good! It's a little quiet for me but I'm gonna fix that!

I just put a D&D Fat Cat 2-into-2 exhaust on the SG. With a Arlen Ness/K&N intake and a V&H tuner, it puts out about 10 or 11 more hp than the stock bike and it sounds great. These are the first pipes that I put on where I could feel an increase in power without any changes to the intake. The Fat Cat has great low end and mid range torque too.

The bike had plenty of power when it was stock. With the Fat Cat and the stock intake it had even more power and a great sound. I wanted to do the intake and fuel management unit to cool the engine down. I'll probably put an oil cooler on it this spring.

Now if it would just quit raining I could go for a ride.

I have an issue where I don't think that I will be able to find driving lights that will fit with my windshield either. I'm thinking of getting a set that bolt onto the engine guard or locating a good set of mounts and buying the lights separately. Harley has a nice pair of driving lights that mount on the top of the engine guard. Unfortunatley that would preclude the use of Desert Dawg lowers in the winter. Kuryakyn has a set that can mount next to the road pegs on the engine guard but they are only 2" lights. I'm not sure how much light they would put out.
