Frost on the roads in the morning here, but hoping for a few more rides before the end.
God I wish I live in south Texas!

Sunday was a great day for a ride. Till the rain hit. I don't mind the cold so much, I just put on more layers. But cold and rain is just no fun. glad you are enjoying the bike.

What is your take on vibration? The gal I am with bought one last month, she came off an 04 1200 Sportster, and it had less vibration that the 96".They claim you can "tune" some of the vibration out as the motor is so lean from the factory. Pipes and a good fuel management system are coming up after a few more miles.

I only notice a little vibration at a certain rpm. I would guess that it happens around 1,500 rpms..or whatever 50-55mph in 5th would be. It feels more like a harmonic vibration to me though. Otherwise, it's a super smooth bike.

Congrats on your new bike. They sure do look sweet. I saw one with the flames and damn near fell in love.

Thanks. I fell in love with the flames as well, but in the end I decided they weren't worth $700 to me.

Seeing you won't post pics of your's, here's mine, and I have to agree that it is one sweet ride.

I'll get pics up, don't worry. I've been busy riding it and working.

Here's some pics from just an hour or two ago. Rode to Hooters and this chick was getting photographed and picked my bike. I was more than happy to oblige! They're just cell phone pics, so they're not awesome quality..but good enough.
