New or used FatBob?? Can't decide

Went through similar comparisons some 2 plus years ago and went with the used bike which had less than 1000 miles on it. Even though your used one shows 9,000 miles, still relatively new bike. Economic advantage lies with the used one if you plan on customizing/modifying to suit over a period of time. That's what I did and have the bike as I wanted. With careful planning/shopping you can customize w/ seats, bars, lights, and yes even Big Bore Kits if you think you will need more power, but unless you just want lots more power, the 96 will most likely be more than enough. Don't know how much custom work is done/available in your area either by dealer or private shop?? Actually you are in a very good place having to make such decisions in buying a Harley. I have a 2012 Wide Glide, this is my first bike and I really do appreciate the power, I am 220 and 6'1" and my 103 really gets up and goes, but I have nothing to compare it to. My son in law has a 2007 Street Glide with a 96, he rode mine for the first time today and stated that he wants a 103. A lot of veteran riders that have had 96's and moved up to 103's all say the extra power is pretty significant. As far as the price diff, it's a Harley, they ain't cheap, but again, it's a Harley. They offer a plethora of of extras for your bike to "Make it Your Own", personally I have enjoyed making mine my own. The ultimate decision is yours, but notated which one you choose, or have already chosen, I am sure you will enjoy your ride!

Also, the OP was located in Lebanon, so the question of prices probably doesn't count.
