You should check out DK Custom Products for Harley-Davidson Tank Lifts Coil Relocation and More , looks just like the V&H only cheaper with a lot of choices for covers.

As far as the price. Check ebay for a arlen ness big sucker. I got it for under $100. Uses the stock cover.
