LED Turn Signals.

I installed LED turn signal lights for my 2012 Wide Glide from Custom Dynamics, I was confused about the need for an load equalizer too. I gave Custom Dynamics a call to see what I really needed, that is when I found out about the CanBus system.

They work great.

H-D Bullet Style Turn Signal LED Inserts (DOT Approved)
Red 1157/dual intensity

Same for front except the amber version. They have a pigtail that plugs right into the blub socket.

The customdynamics lights work great. 2012 or newer, no load equalizer needed. i've got them all the way around.

I recently installed Kuryakyn led turn signals on my 2013 FXDC. No load equalizer needed.

Hi.

Anyboy knows, if a fix for the rapid flashing Dash indicators are available. ?

I tried to put in some 9Ohm resistors for each turn signals, but it dosn`t work.

Swapped out the 1157 standards for the replacement LED bulbs in my 2013 FLS. The lights work just fine without a load balancer. The indicator lights in the dash blink a little fast but the signals blink at normal rate. 12 & 13 Harleys have an electronic signal stat. Oh by the way LED's are bright as hell.

The 2012 Dynas use Harley's new CanBus BCM (Body Control Module) system. You
should be able to run this without a Load Equalizer. You might see rapid
flashing on the dash indicators, but the signals should flash normally. If
they do not, you will need to have the Harley dealer reset the BCM for LEDs.

This is exactly what happens on the '12 and '13 models with the CanBUS. The signals flash normally, the dash flashes rapidly (This is normally how the bike tells you that a bulb is out.)

You can correct the dash thing by installing this inline with your front signals.
