last year for the fxdl

I was told by the dealer where I bought my 09 Dyna Low Rider that this was the last year the the low rider was being made. Has anyone else heard this or has the dealer's sales staff been lying to me?

the wide glide is already "gone" - doesn't surprise me that the low rider is on its way out.

I was at the HOG in OKC, and the executives were very tight lipped about new products, and what is coming... 2010 New products will be out July 25 however....

I couldn't see that! Dynas have always been popular bikes. fatbob, streetbob are big sellers for HD. Im actually still in shock over the WIDEGLIDE. We use to sell a ton of them. People liked the rubber mount & the shock look on the outside of the bike. Could actually hurt them killing the FXDL, They must have something in mind, like a beefier type style lowrider, similar to what they did to the wideglide/fatbob change??

Dynas are too popular to do away with.Harley is going to go with what sells and the dark custom bikes are doing well.Fat Bob,Street Bob are the future to lure younger buyers.I can't wait to see whats next.
