I don't think he's too far off on price.
I saw one in Texas a couple of years back in a shop.
It was a correct restoration. Very similar to this one.
The gentleman had just paid 65K and had it in the shop for servicing.
The guy at the shop said the owner was going to ride it.
Pretty cool.

That Is an awesome bike! I will always have a fondness for the Indians' especially the older rare ones. Indian should be coming out with their new 2009 Chief........or so they say..........don't hold your breath but they are working on things. The prototypes that I have seen are nice but the old bikes are just amazing!
