Cool No Power

I have a '97 FXSTC. When I got a couple of miles from the house, the bike started cutting out and back-firing. As I went back to the house it continued to do that and sound like it was running off one cylinder only. When I tried to restart it in the garage there's no lights on the dash; no power. The battery test good, its new. Any ideas?
