Keep Frying System Relay

Hello, I have had a recurring problem with my battery being dead after sitting overnight. After a whole lot of heartburn trying to figure out why, I finally pegged it to a fried system relay. Now heres the problem, I currently run a Thundermax ECM, the dealership says blame them, those systems such as TM, Power Commander, etc. put more load on the system and it wasnt designed for it. They will not even look at it. Of course I contacted Thundermax and they called BS. Anyway, after about every 1000 miles the relay is fried. Its only like 12 bucks but annoying nonetheless. I havent heard any other TM users have a problem with this, so im inclined to believe its a problem with the bike. If anybody has any ideas or suggestions id really appreciate hearing your input. Thanks.
