Brake/Cruise Fuse Blowing

I am having an issue on my 03 Rd King and can't seem to find the problem. The tail light has been changed to a LED and works great but the fuse keeps blowing for some reason. I've checked all the obvious connections and used a fault finder tool to find any open circuits, etc, but nothing. I've looked under the fender for possible rubbing but found nothing. Sometimes I can ride for a day and other days 20 minutes and the fuse blows.

Has anybody ever experienced this? Any help is much appreciated because this is getting frustrating!!!!!

Thanks!

try looking for pinched wires at the front brake light switch where the master cylinder and the switch housings come together. i have seen these wires pinched many times.

Use a test light in place of the fuse, dont egg the terminals! Then go in search of your short by tug testing the harness, pay close attention to entrance and exits of the fender. Do this while monitoring the test light, when it flashes you r getting close. This can be used to find any short and will save allot of fuses.
