Low Voltage

I get low voltage when I apply the brakes and I hear a pop through the speakers. Have replaced the voltage reg. and stator. Voltage from the reg and stator are fine. Please help!

welcome!

If this is with the engine off, then that sounds normal.

Have you added brake lights? Maybe there is a break in your wiring arcing to ground? Normally you will get a small dip in the gauge when brakes are applied and the RPM's drop.

Front brakes or rear? Either way, it sounds like the brake light switch is grounded.
