Your riding dound the road and the power is just killed every thing goes out like a dead short but cant find any wires that are bear or touching. after you get it of the road you keep turning the key switch on and off until power comes back on but after bike starts it will not idel .We have changed the circut breaker twice, changed ignitions switch, change bank angle sencor, looked under fairing for fraide wire, changed battery, diconected alarm and now at my witts end.

It sounds like the main relay is getting tripped, or is possible going bad. You can sit and play with the ignition switch all day long, if the relay is tripped and waiting to reset. It's not likely the ignition swith, but I wouldn't rule out checking the wiring going to it either.....

You need to start looking for a short somewhere, that's relatively big, or related to the positive battery cable/terminal/mount.

Interesting ... " plugged it into the computer and doesn't show anything " . Sounds like you've got the bike at a dealer . They can't figure it out ? If no codes the problem is probably outside of the engine management system and that narrows it down a bit .
You didn't mention how many miles you have on the bike , if it's higher miles I'd take a look at the main wire harness where it passes along the right fork neck area . Grab the harness and give it some good pulls where it bends up into the fairing to see if you get any results . Have found the main ignition switch ( red ) wire broken inside of it's sheath in this area to cause this kind of symptom .

Did you replace the circuit breaker with a 50 amp?
There was a service bulletin on the 03 baggers with fairings.

Sounds like a relay overheating aka bad relay...
