79D motor mount

I have an 06 ultra that needs a new motor mount. the dealer sold me a 79d.it will not go into place. does the large flat washer go up or down? either way there just is not enough clearance between the frame and mount plate on the engine. HELP!

Hate to wait ... Put a jack under the engine , remove the 9/16 mount adjuster bolt from the frame just above the jiffy stand , remove the oil filter for easier access , loosen the two 9/16 mount plate bolts located below the oil filter , jack the engine up untill it stops . Now install the new OEM motor mount w/ washer up .
Reassembling make sure to keep everything in alignment , tighten the 2 mount plate bolts to the engine first then lower the jack and reinstall the adjuster bolt to the frame and finally tighten the mount bolts and reinstall the filter or a new one ... your option .
I don't know what the 79d mount is , it's not an HD p/n . I would use an OEM mount as they have been holding up very well .
