Does anybody have this Ultracool Harley Oil Cooler ?

I am seriously thinking in buying one, and wondering if it's working OK.

I would love to run something like that on my Panhead. It says it fits 99 and up FL's and my first thought was why not a 98 but as we all know a 99 FL was the first year for the Twin Cam A so I'm thinking that maybe the better oil pump may be a reason.
