Question Engine miss

I'm a new member to this site, and have a question maybe someone could answer for me. I have a 06 Ultra with 32,000 miles. Since the 25,000 mile mark I have had a miss or a hesitation in the engine. Never at Idle, and starts good. Changed plugs and wires, but still had problem and it slowly worsened. It is very erractic and each time I take it to a dealer they can't seem to pinpoint it. Cleaned injectors checked connections, tested fuel pump and regulator, everything checks out good. Will run good for miles and miles but then goes into it's spell. Thought electrical but when it misses I roll the throttle and it staightens out. It's been awhile now but not getting worse or better. Sorry for the lenght but I'm troubled

Check the wiring going to the injectors. One of them is nylon ties too tight and it begins to break the wire inside the vinyl covering and eventually will break completely.

The wire will have to be repaired and the nylon tie cut to give the harness a little more slack and not pull on the wired, with a rubber mounted engine that moves.

I have an 00RK with the same problem. Here's what I have done:
Plugs, wires, seafoam, heat sensor, grounds, fuel filter, cleaned gas tank, checked codes. None of this has worked. Next step this winter is the wiring harnes for the fuel injectors. Several people have suggested the wiring to the injectors, this sounds like the answer.

Just to let u know,I called the dealership today and they said the harness is all in one. It runs right from the headlight to the taillights and everything in between. The cost was between 800.00 and 900.00 dollars! I think I'm gonna trouble shoot a bit longer. Repair it instead of replace it if it turns out to be the problem. Going for a 5 hr ride tomorrow and see what that brings??

Just a guess but based on your miles it might be an imminent ckp sensor failure . Before the ckp fails the bike will get more erratic and some codes should show up .
