Belt drive primary

I am going to put a belt drive primary on my 73 FL and wonder where does the lubrication come from for the clutch basket rollers. Apparantly I have to discontinue the oil line to the primary chain.

Update clutch to a sealed bearing hub , use dry clutch plates and shut down the oiler . You should also ventilate the primary cover , belts don't like the heat .

Ditto. It's a sealed, double bearing, like the singel ones in your wheels.

Clutch plates are dry plates, like the ones used in Ducatis. They'll be noisey with the clutch lever pulled in, because you'll hear them rattling, but that's normal.

Ditto as well on making sure the belt has ample cooling. Hot belt = broken belt = waiting for a trailer.
