motor itself, yes, but somethings might need to be changed, such as oil pump

As long as the engine serial number is not recorded on the title or registration, it makes no difference what year engine is in the frame, the frame is what carries the VIN. The title and registration use the VIN, not engine serial number in most states...

Sorry to pop your bubble but your trying to go from an engine from a touring bike frame to a dyna frame & I know for a fact that the primary's are totally different , not sure about the oil tanks .
Don't think they will work .

true, primary and oil tank are different, but the motor itself isnt
