Do you have a better picture of that ? It doesn't look right to me but maybe I'm just not seeing it well.

That's better. I wouldn't be to concerned about that. The starter motor itself is isolated from that housing, nothing electrical inside there.

Very good, I did put some locktite silicon over it to just seal out the moisture and dirt. Do u think it would be ok to ask for it to be replaced toward the end of the warranty? Or would u not bother?

When you get a chance look at some more bikes like yours at the dealers or where ever. If they look similar then there's probably not much the dealer can do for you.
