Well the only thing I can say about bikes with bigger bore kits is when they pass you on the slab, or roll up to the fuel pumps they sound great.

The only time I've seen them in a situation where I could actually look at them hard was at a dealership and 50% of the time when they go to fire them up the battery is dead.

After about 15 mins on a tender they sound great too

the S&S 96"er is pretty hard to beat as far as reliability & power

I bought a V96 after I found out the 111 has compression releases. My rule of thumb is "anything that can go wrong will go wrong" and a compression release is just one more thing to give problems. In the S&S tent at a bike show one of the S&S people said he runs a 96 in his own personal bike and is happy with it.

im now about murphys law to.
how is that 96" is it vibes alot? rigid or rubber mounted in your bike?.
i like the shorter than stock stroke on the v111" but i look at the v96
and v113" aswell so im happy on all suggs comments i can get on those 3engines.
sputnik did you know any hp tq numbers on your rear?
how many miles on?.
