The cams should not create the vibration...try downshifting so the motor is running at a higher RPM and see if the vibration goes away...if it is still there, it is not in the motor but drive train, tires, etc....how many miles ? might be the Dunlop tires....I run Metzlers on my 05 NT....smooth as glass all the way up..have had the scoot to 117 mph...and is smooth. If the vibe goes away after the downshift, it might be an engine thing..Also what RPM are you running at 65-70 and are you in 6th gear....will run cooler and better milage plus no lug on motor in 5th gear....I run 6th in a flat terrain only at those speeds...Try and keep your Twin Cam running at 2,400 + RPM...Twinky motors don't like being lugged,,, they can start detonation if you are low on RPM and then throttle on them, best to downshift one or two gears, then throttle it up ....
