good year?

I am looking at a 2001 Electra Glide. Low milage.
Were there any years on the twin cams that one should avoid?
Obviously the first year is bad. They found out about the cam tensioners.

The first year wasn't "bad" rather, 1999-early 2000 had issues with the cam bearings. So did 1991-1999 Evos....but people still buy them. 2007 had some main bearing issues but all in all, they're all good, with a now recommended service interval to check the cam chain tensioner shoes, since they usually wear in about 15-25K.

99 - 02 Twin Cams had the Timken crankshaft bearing which is superior to the straight roller bearings used on the '03 and up.
