You fist need to attach an oil pressure guage and see what you're at.
You could have a rocker bushing work out, or it *could* be a front cylinder starving for oil.
Either one won't end well. First things first.... need to know what oil psi is.
Has anyone ever yanked the tappet screen and cleaned it? That can cause an oil starvation issue and the front rockers are the first to suffer.....

My bad.... you have a Twinkie. No tappet screen.
You need to yank the cam cover and check to see if your cam chain adjuster shoes are coming apart and getting sucked ito the oil pump.. One of the telltale signs of a failure (lube) is that squeeking in the front of the engine.
Unless your cam chain adjusters were replaced within the last 10K or so......

I hope I'm wrong. I've heard stories before of this tell-tale squeek and a cam chain adjuster shoe (orange in color) that came apart and got sucked into the oil pump, decreasing oil pressure.
It may be a motor mount as well. It could be a lot of things.....
Let us know the result. I love being right, but certain times, I'd rather be wrong.

Does sound like your cam chain adjuster....was just talking about it with Dave...do you have a mechanic's stethoscope with the probe on the end...with the motor running move the probe around and pinpoint the location of the noise...
