Help with exhaust

Have a 2007 road king mostly stock exept for the oval vance and hines exhaust. Not quiet loud enough so want to put something else on like maybe rushs, but the trouble is one dealer ship tells me I need a tuner and a dyno or remap if i go with the new exhaust and air cleaner, another dealer tells me if I go with the same stuff I don,t need the tuner because in 2006 they put an oxygen sensor on them and the computer compensates for everything. been tring to get this done for 6 months and can't get a straight answer. Can anyone help me or, I'm from north central Illinois send me to a good dealer that knows what there doing.

With pipes and high flow air cleaner you should also have a Race Tuner or some other kind of remapping device . Pipes alone and nothing else is needed .

Thats what my mechanic told me also not a dealer small shop but just trying to make sure dont wanna hurt performance or hurt the bike.

If you change the a/c get a tuner. IMHO
Some claim the 09 ecm's are sophisticated enough, not the 07s.
