Rineheart exhaust Question

Hello, I am new to the HD world so please excuse me if I ask the same question but I am learning as I go. I have been in the Rice Burner world road racing bikes for 8 years now and have decided it was time to get a real bike for the street. lol Anyways my father has R Heart pipes on both bikes he has and I love the sound that they make and I wanna go with them on mine as well. I have an 09 street glide. I called my distubutor as I own a Local bike shop and they told me that they only make slip ons for my bike { 09 } in the r hearts. Is this true or do they make a true dual and Im missing it.. If not what are guys doing to get true dual on the r hearts... Thanks guys

i dont think that they make one yet your sound comes from the slip ons, I would go with that and a nother kind of header I know Vance and hines makes on for the new 09's the 09 bikes are all new so it will be a while before certain things will be out for them like header systems and certain suspension parts

Drop some V & H trual duals on, then put the slip ons on... or Thunderheader slip ons..My bud has the later setup on his Ultra Classic and loves it....

I couldn't stand the stock exhaust anymore. I bought a set of Rineharts for my Road King Classic. I think it now has a true Classic Harley sound.

My opinion is that the Rinehart slip on's will work perfect for your bike. There have been several articles by respected wrenches that show that the stock HD headers are more than acceptable. They will also provide you with the sound you love and are familiar with.
