Where the pipe meets the head, I generally snug the top bolt finger tight. Then tighten the lower bolt to about 10 ft/lbs, then go back up and torque the top nut to 60-80 inch lbs. Warm engine and retorque both later after it's cool again, or a day or two later.
Just tighten the muffler clamps. They have blocks in them, so you can only make them so tight. The actual spec is 45-60 ft/lbs.
As for the O2 sensor....about as tight as you'd make a spark plug: 18-22 ft/lbs. I'd lean more towards the 22 ft/lbs as it's steel on steel, unlike a spark plug which is steel threads in aluminum. Use common sense.....
Invest in a factory manual. It's the best $60 you'll ever spend.
