cobra fuel processor

just had cobra fuel processor installed on my 07 efi softail duece has stage 1 upgrade and vance and hines straight shots started to notice that on decel backfires and stalls coming to a stop but starts right back up any ideas?to lean to rich need adjustment temps getting colder here in ct possible problem?

Get it dyno'ed makes all differance (look out for #1)
