Because the way it looks to me is, they are getting people to pay their own shipping to send them free pipes, then they tell you they aren't in the proper condition no matter how new they are, and then they sell them or recycle them anyway and make a profit.

So let me get this straight... You WANT my stock pipes... but you aren't willing to pay the shipping for them to get them to you? And then if you say "at your sole discretion" that my pipes that came off my brand new bike with 10 miles on it, aren't in the right condition, you want ME to PAY SHIPPING back to my house???

You have lost your marbles and I feel very sorry for anyone that gets cheated by this scam because you are a bunch of crooks.

Well i sent a follow up email back to american customs. Got a call from Eddie today. He said he talked to stockpipessuck.com manager and they reinspected the pipes and they are approved. So now i wait for my money. Well see and ill keep yall updated.

Yes, the guy who sent them didn't just lay down and roll over.

It is like many other non-brick and mortar services, deny any payout initially (step one) and most people will walk away and say, "oh well, lesson learned..." and the "scammer" comes out ahead. I get it. (Imagine light above my head, fizzling, then getting brighter and brighter.)

It starts:

You pay to send your pipes at your expense (out $15-25 shipping)

They deny the purchase, BUT offer to hold your pipes for 30 days, free of charge, until you decide how you want them sent back, again, at your expense.

You are now having to decide to pay MORE to get your own pipes back due to return shipping, or just give them to them, because return shipping is going to be the same (presumably) as shipping to send, so now you;re out $30-50, and have nothing to show, but your own pipes you started with.

So.....

Theoretically, if you tried to get your pipes back after 30 days, the company says, "Well....we don't have them, because you never requested them back, and we DID HOLD THEM FOR 30 DAYS....FREE OF CHARGE....." Read: Legal disclaimer. Push the issue hard enough, they charge you a storage fee. Reasonable I'm sure, if the pipes still exist.

If not......BAM.... free pipes.

Company mods pipes and sells them.

BAM....Mo money.
