The CS girl called me yesterday. I told her that it may seem pety that I was calling about 2 washers and 2 polylock nuts, but right is right. She agreed.
They're in the mail.
She sounded disgusted. Not with ME, rather, with the fact that the shipping department screwed up such a simple order not once, but twice.
At least they're trying to make it right.

Dave, Dave, Dave... Man, I should've kept my snout out of this thread. It sounds like, I fear, that my particular style of luck in such arenas has completely rubbed-off on you. Damn! That's ALL I EVER get whenever I buy anything anywhere. What a bunch of idiots!!!

Ahhhhh......it's 2 washers and 2 nuts. I can get those 3 minutes from my house. They'll send them.
