Customer Service is.......DYING. UDATED...
Props to SAMSON exhaust. I bought a set of M-144 3" pipes over the weekend and needed the mounting kit. I didn't see it on their site. I sent them an Email.
Got a phone call later that day and they're sending it right out to me, for a more than reasonable price.
Courtious staff and fast service.

Dyna low rider +Samson ripsaws+ 5500 rpm +1st gear = tire spin great noise and quick acceleration!!

Samsons had a booth at the Corbin Rally here back in July. Very nice look'n pipes and reasonably priced  .

So.....funny (not so much) story.
I get a box wednesday from Samson. I open it. 4-grade 5 bolts and 4-lock washers.
Bolts too short, no flat washers, (Bolts should be carriage bolts) and NO SPACERS.
All for only $15.95
I call Samson, and speak to same girl I spoke to before.
I explained what I got.
She says, "No spacers?"
I say, "Nope...."
She sounds disgusted.
I'm reassured the problem will be fixed.
Friday. 3pm. Mailman's outside. Has big envelope and my "Jumbo winter Ball-Warmer" isn't supposed to be here for another week or so.
Looked at envelope and there's a box inside. It's from Samson.
Open it.
Folded paperwork for M-144 mufflers with parts list.
Parts list says pipes should have:
4- carriage bolts.
4-flat washers
4-spacers
4-polylock nuts.
What am I missing? 2-flat washers and 2-polylock nuts.
WTF?
How hard is this??
Called and left message. Closed early fridays, and won't be back until monday.

that sucks Dave. All it takes is a combination of listening skill and care to please. What looked like a good thing at first is turning fugly fast. Hope it gets resolved soon.
