With Xeids.....just apply. No remapping or download necessary.

What they do is interupt the O2 sensor reading to the ECU and the ECU in turn provides more fuel values to the injectors, resulting in a richer AFR. But evenly, and that's good.

I am going to check with H-D to see if the XIED's are known by them or how it works with my warranty.
I have noticed in the past that many dealers do not know of many aftermarket products or their successes.

I have finally decided on my exhaust/intake combination!
V & H Twin Slash 3" slip-ons (in black) with quiet baffles, stage I inake and the XIED (or variation) recommended by Nightrider.

Edit: I feel I should do the Stage I in addition as I will gain the extra rev to 6200.
H-D does not need to know anyway as the plug-in can be added or removed in minutes. No harm no foul.
So exhaust, intake, re-map, bring it home & plug in the XIED.
