American Custom, V&H power duals, or fuelmoto jackpot

Hello!!

I am trying to decide on an exhaust sytem. I am trying to replace the head pipe and slip ons. Listened to information on American Custom website didn't seem too bad!! Also they'll do it with my factory pipes and send them back to me. Have heard the V&H power duals with Rinehart slip ons awesome sounding!! But have heard the FuelMoto Jackpot setup (only difference is smashed crossover pipe). Anyone that has different setups please let me know!! I am trying to do my research over the winter and make a decision before spring... Thanks for the advice..

I have the jackpot crossover from fuelmoto... Very high quality piece... No complaints.

drill out your own headpipe with a 1 inch x 16 inch paddle bit you can get all of the cat out and then run american thunder mufflers

Have you drilled out at cat? Have a 2012 FLHTK that I really want to de-cat and was looking at American Custom as well...if you did drill, did you get all of it?

I was told drilling out the cat will void your warranty by HD, but changing pipes won't.

yes i've done this to 4 bikes and works very well and you can get every bit of the cat out just hold the drill at differnent angles and it breaks up real good and you keep dumping it out.never heard of it voiding warrenty,i don't see what the differance would be if you replaced with a system with no cat .

this kills the heat and makes it very rideable.did'nt really notice much in how it run until i put the fl-vied-10 on.much better sound also
