Im a california resident trying to buy a rocker c with under 1000 miles 2008 from oregon n how do i know if i can register the bike in california; Where its that title vin frame sticker etc. i'll aprecciate if any body can help me with that. Thanks.

Unless it was sold in Oregon with the Calif Emission Package (highly unlikely) you're SOL (shit outta luck), can't be done. UNLESS, the bike has 7,500 miles on it OR - you install the Calif Emission package.
