Exhaust for Wrapping
I have an Iron 883 09 model and I was hoping to find a set of pipes to heat wrap without having to remap and buy a new breather for. any suggestions on something that would retain the staggard set without the bulbing of the muffler. in other words something straight that's baffled to keep me stock with everything but the pipes.

Yep. Go get yourself a set of Harley-Davidson Screamin' Eagle Black Ceramic slip-ons, and buy a roll of Midnight Gray exhaust wrap. You can put them on yourself ('cuz if I can do it, anybody can!), use the original header pipes after taking off the chrome heat shields, wrap 'em good, and then enjoy the "old school" look of your bike! And all this WITHOUT having to remap or install a new breather, etc.
I've got a picture of my '08 Nightster with said pipes installed already on the site somewhere....do a search for it and take a look. (Yes, that's it in my avatar, but you really can't see it too good.) I also have a video of how the pipes sound posted on YouTube; there's a thread with the link to the video in the General section of the forum.
If you choose to do this, a word or two to the wise about the wrap: forget the instructions about measuring, cutting, and wetting the wrap. Just unroll the entire roll and cut it in half; you'll have more than enough to do both pipes with some left over if you don't overlap by any more than half the width of the wrap. Also, toss out the aluminum ties that come with it and use two of the hose clamps from your removed heat shields. Hold the wrap good and tight on both ends and gives it a nice "old school" look. Trust me, you'll NEVER get those aluminum zip-ties that come with the wrap tight enough.
Lastly, forget about wetting the wrap. All it does is make the wrap separate, and the gray dye gets all over EVERYTHING, and it will NOT come out of clothing nor will it come up off of garage floors. I've got the stained jeans and spotted garage floor to prove it!

Thanks for the info but I'm really looking for something with a straight diameter look instead of the bulb from the slip on.... I want to wrap them all the way down. I was just hoping to find something that would fit without the the remap and breather need. I would have thought that they make a slip-on or new set of pipes with the baffles and all still in 'em. A sound change is welcome but I don't want to make it too loud nor lose my great mileage as is.

Then you'd want a used set of V&H Straightshots. Scrap the heatshield, and wrap the entire length of the pipe/muffler. Baffles are inside and are removable, and you can also get V&H Quiet Baffles for them, to avoid having to remap.

Oh, I was talking about your used set......LOL
But $279 ain't bad at all. How do they sound? Similar to my Stage I Baffelectomy, or different?

Ohhhh......not sure if they fit your headpipes, but I'm willing to sell them, with both sets of baffles, for $175 shipped.
The Quiet baffles are new ($27 each) and the loud baffles are in the pipes now. One pipe has a tiny scratch on it.....
PM me if interested.
The loud baffles is louder than the stage-I. Really loud if on the throttle. The quiet baffles are about like the stage-I baffelectomy.

Just a quick tip I heard about putting the wrap on..
Start wrapping the pipes from the end of the pipe where the exhaust exits. Start there and work your way back to the engine. The reason is so the that overlapping faces to the rear. This will help cut down on the amount of road grime you collect.

Nice one Blackwell... Makes perfect sense. If I ever wrap, I'll try to remember that.
Also, it's more aero-dynamic with less wind resistance.
