Mirrors.

I am not liking my stock mirrors on my FatBoy Lo.
I like what I see in the split vision mirrors. However, I would like to have them flat black.
Do you think they would be easy to paint?

hey paul i think might be better off posted in general motorcycle discussion or maybe even softail discussion.

anything is easy to paint as long as you prep it right.
the biggest thing would be either removing glass from housing or taping them off well. If there chrome, ive been scuffing up chrome parts with a 220 grit, then smoothing it some with a 400 grit sandpaper. and painting gloss black right over that with good results.

Personally, I would use an epoxy primer after you scuff the chrome.
