Our department is newly formed, a very historical moment for our city. I department has spent alot of money up front for uniforms and other equipment leaving no room to purchase motorcycles. I am motor officer so i know the importance to the department for motorcycles. I need help locating good lease rates or grant money to purchase bikes...ANY suggestions. I want to ride again for my department

Check with you Harley Dealer. Harley has a special Lease program. You can probably get contact info from their web site.

Federal Grant money is available and as stated, there's a special leasing program that Harley has for motorbikes. I believe radio and lighting, plus install is your department's responsibility, but outside that....
