best paint and prep method to paint jugson bike

anyone able to give advise on how to remove oxidation from jugs and repaint on bike?

Stop in the "New Community" section, and introduce yourself.

If you're referring to Evo/TC jugs, they're powdercoated. The oxidation is more them likely the powdercoat breaking down in areas and corrosion starting under it. Good old fashioned elbow grease and a wire brush and 3M scuff pads.

If you're painting it black, just use a good high heat paint, like what's used for BBQ grills.

If you want to keep it silver, clear, heat-proof paint in an aerosol will yellow in high heat spots eventually and look bad.
